How do I place an order?

Placing an order through Mobi-Hub is as follow:  
  • Place the product you wish to purchase in your cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Fill in the necessary information for delivery and payment
  • Please double check your information and press confirm
  • Once your payment has been successful we will send you a confirmation email

Is there a limit on the number of items or orders that can be made?

Mobi-Hub do not place any limitations on the number of products that are ordered or the number of orders that are placed by one user.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation from Mobi-Hub showing the details of the order.  Please double check this and ensure all information is correct, if in the case there are any errors, please contact 

Do I need any Photo Identification for my delivery?

There is no need for any Photo Identification to be shown when your Mobi-Hub delivery arrives.  But, you can keep this at hand incase the delivery company requires it.

How can I cancel my order?

If after you have placed your order you wish to cancel, then please contact as soon as possible.  If your product has been dispatched and you contact us to cancel then extra charges will apply.
