How do I place an order?

Placing an order through Mobi-Hub is as follow:  
  • Place the product you wish to purchase in your cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Fill in the necessary information for delivery and payment
  • Please double check your information and press confirm
  • Once your payment has been successful we will send you a confirmation email

Is there a limit on the number of items or orders that can be made?

Mobi-Hub do not place any limitations on the number of products that are ordered or the number of orders that are placed by one user.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation from Mobi-Hub showing the details of the order.  Please double check this and ensure all information is correct, if in the case there are any errors, please contact sales@mobi-hub.com 

Do I need any Photo Identification for my delivery?

There is no need for any Photo Identification to be shown when your Mobi-Hub delivery arrives.  But, you can keep this at hand incase the delivery company requires it.

How can I cancel my order?

If after you have placed your order you wish to cancel, then please contact retail@mobi-hub.com as soon as possible.  If your product has been dispatched and you contact us to cancel then extra charges will apply.
