How can I return/change my product?

Are you not completely satisfied with your product? No problem, we will help you, of course. If you want to change or return your product, please contact us. Our staff will review your complaint and give you the best advice. In most cases we can help you remotely. We think along with you, so your product does not necessarily have to be returned to us and it will save you time.

How long is the warranty on my product?

You will get legal warranty on all our products from our webshop. Legal warranty means that a product must do as you would expect it to do. Refurbished phones are guaranteed for up to two years, but up to 6 months warranty on user errors, this warranty does not differ from the legal warranty.

What is the delivery time of my product?

You can expect all the products that we have in stock, the next day at your home. The only thing you have to do is to order it before 17.00. Sometimes it can occur that we have a stock difference, but our customer service will contact you to offer you an alternative product.

In most cases you will receive your order the next day. Is a product not available? Most of the times it will take between 5 till 8 business days to deliver the product. If you choose for Same Day Delivery then you will receive your product the very same evening at home, even on Sundays!
